Help with NIVR

Trouble signing in?

Use Forgot password with the email you used to create your account. Follow the reset email to choose a new password. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and the email address you entered.

Edit your profile

Open your dashboard to manage your profile, content, design, social links and music. Save your changes, then use View profile to see your public page.

Cancel Premium

Open Billing settings, choose Cancel subscription and confirm. Check for Cancellation scheduled. Regular cancellation stops renewal and keeps Premium active through your current paid period.

If you see an error, cancellation has not been confirmed. Check your billing settings before trying again.

Delete your account

Open Settings, find Delete account and follow the confirmation instructions. Deletion is permanent and removes your NIVR account and public profile. A linked Premium subscription is canceled immediately as part of deletion.

To keep your account and remaining paid access, use regular subscription cancellation instead. If deletion fails, follow the displayed error; any cancellation or file removal already completed will remain.
