Stop your next renewal

Open Billing settings, choose Cancel subscription and confirm. Your billing page will show when cancellation is scheduled. Regular cancellation keeps your account and Premium access through the current paid period.

Cancel before your next renewal if you do not want another billing period.

No refunds

NIVR does not offer voluntary refunds. Premium payments are non-refundable, including for unused time, cancellation or account deletion, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply by law. The cancellation button does not issue an automatic refund.

Account deletion

Deleting your account is permanent and immediately cancels a linked subscription. It is not a refund request. To retain your account and remaining paid access, use regular subscription cancellation instead.
